Privacy Policy
Current website information: Steam sign-in and card feedback are available now. The website privacy and feedback information below describes these currently available features. sequencegames Inc. ("we") operates the game JANYANG and this website, and processes personal information as described below.
1. Information we process
Game service
- Account identifier, Steam ID, hash of a device identifier, hashes of login session and reconnection tokens
- Connection records (type and time) and a hash derived from your IP address
- Game progress (owned cards and characters, currency balance, in-game mail, solo run and Weekly Boss records, some settings) and currency grant/spend history
- Match result records (including the other player's account identifier)
- If you buy paid currency, receipt information such as the Steam transaction number (we do not receive payment method details)
- If a chat message is reported: the reported message and surrounding context, Steam-based identifiers of author and reporter, reason, time; block and suspension records
- Game server access records (IP address, request path) for security review, kept 14 days and then deleted.
Website
- This website (static pages) does not keep access logs.
- This website uses no analytics or advertising tools, and read-only pages set no cookies.
- To submit card feedback, you sign in with Steam (OpenID). We do not store your Steam ID itself; we store a pseudonymous identifier derived from it, your feedback text, time and language. A login session cookie is used only as strictly necessary for this feature.
What we do not collect
We do not store email address, real name, phone number, date of birth, nickname, payment method details, device information, or raw IP addresses (other than the server access records above) in the game database.
2. Purposes
Steam sign-in and ownership checks, matchmaking and saving progress, granting rewards, preventing abuse, incident response and security review, handling inquiries and reports, and receiving and managing website feedback. We do not process data for advertising or behavioral analytics.
3. Retention and deletion

Account deletion: when you request deletion in the game settings, you are signed out immediately, and 30 days later in-game mail, solo runs, game state, Weekly Boss records and chat safety records are deleted. Some records, such as currency history, match results, purchase receipts and access records, may be retained under the table above. You can also request deletion at contact@sequencegames.gg.
4. Third parties and processors
- Valve Corporation (Steam): sign-in authentication, ownership checks, payment processing
- Amazon Web Services: server hosting (processor)
We do not provide personal information to analytics or advertising companies.
5. International transfers
Steam authentication and payments are processed by Valve in the United States. Our servers run in the AWS Seoul (ap-northeast-2) region.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Use in-game account deletion or email contact@sequencegames.gg. We act without undue delay after verifying your identity.
7. Minors
Age verification follows Steam's account and family settings; the game does not verify age separately.
8. Security measures
Encryption in transit (TLS), hashed storage of identifiers and tokens, restricted operator access and retained action records.
