Terms of Service

These terms set the conditions for using the game JANYANG (the "Service") that sequencegames Inc. ("we") provides on Steam. They apply together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement; for use of the Service, these terms prevail where they differ.
1. Account
You access the Service with your Steam account and are responsible for managing it. If you request account deletion, your data is cleaned up as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Game currency and randomized rewards
- Game currencies such as Yen, Lamp Oil, Dust and Bond Shards are used only within the Service, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Lamp Oil is either earned by playing (free) or purchased (paid); free Lamp Oil is spent first.
- Card Packs and Bond Pulls are randomized rewards. Odds by rarity and guarantee rules are shown in the in-game [Rates & guarantees] window and on the odds disclosure page.
3. Payments and refunds
Paid currency is purchased with the Steam Wallet. Within 7 days of purchase, if you haven't used the Lamp Oil from that order, you may ask Support (contact@sequencegames.gg) for a full refund; once we confirm, we refund the purchase and deduct the corresponding Paid Lamp Oil from your balance. Once Lamp Oil has been used, the right to withdraw from the purchase is limited because it is a digital good. If a payment is cancelled or refunded first through Steam or the payment provider, the corresponding Paid Lamp Oil is likewise deducted from your balance.
4. Conduct
You must not:
- use the Service by abnormal means or harm the servers or other users;
- insult, harass or discriminate against other users;
- post unlawful, obscene or rights-infringing content;
- trade accounts.
5. Enforcement
If such conduct is confirmed, we may issue warnings, restrict chat, or suspend use for a period or permanently. Appeals can be sent to contact@sequencegames.gg.
6. Website feedback
We may use the feedback you submit to improve the Service, and may hide or delete posts that violate our operating policy. Reports of rights infringement are accepted at the email above.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the Service's software, cards, artwork and text belong to us or the rightful owners. The Service includes artwork made with AI tools.
8. Changes and termination
We may change the Service to improve it, and will announce maintenance, changes and termination in advance. How unused paid currency is handled at termination will be announced in the termination notice.
